Skillwik Terms of Use
These terms describe the current Skillwik service. They are an operational summary and should receive legal review before paid services or broad international launch. Last updated 7 September 2026.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use the service only when legally permitted. A responsible adult may need to authorize a minor’s account.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, evade limits, access another person’s data, scrape protected content, introduce malicious code, or use Skillwik to harm others.
Learning content and results
Skillwik is a practice product, not a promise of academic, rating, tournament, employment, or health outcomes. Recommendations depend on the evidence available.
Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or end. We aim to preserve saved progress and give reasonable notice for material changes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Ownership and feedback
Skillwik retains rights in its software, design, and original content. You retain rights in content you submit and grant the limited permission needed to operate the service. Feedback may be used to improve Skillwik.
