Information we process
Account identifiers and profile preferences; saved games and actions; lesson, practice, hint, undo, mistake, and review evidence; device and security logs; and information you send to support.
Why we process it
To authenticate accounts, resume activity across devices, provide server-controlled game rules, personalize practice, maintain Skill Memory, secure the service, diagnose failures, and respond to requests.
Sharing and sale
We use service providers needed to host and operate Skillwik. We do not sell personal information. We do not make private learning history public by default.
Retention, security, and choices
We retain information while needed for the service, security, legal duties, and recovery. You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete eligible account information through support. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Children and international use
Age and consent requirements differ by location. A parent, guardian, school, or other authorized adult may need to approve use. Cross-border processing will use appropriate safeguards where required.
